Kavita has been responsible for the administration of all HR activities and policies since Tech Yantra has been established. She directs the organization’s recruitment, screening, interviewing, selection and placement activities. She also takes care of training, counseling, and appraisal activities of each employee.

A scholar from her childhood, Kavita secured 3rd rank in Master of Commerce in her university. As a wife to the CEO, she loves helping Mr. Kashyap make important leaps in business decisions while also being there for her beautiful daughter to watch movies and travel with.
